Free healthy lifestyle support for residents in Barking & Dagenham
The Source provides practical support, welfare information, pastoral care, prayer and access to community services for local residents, run by Barking Churches Unite.
The Source also includes a regular buffet meal for homeless people, a monthly bereavement support service, and a ten-week arts and crafts course.
Visitors can be issued with vouchers for the local Food Bank or referred to the Hope 4 Barking and Dagenham Night Shelter.
