Ingredients
- 3 tbsp. salted butter
- 3 tbsp. creme fraiche
- 300g broccoli
- 300g green beans
- 1 tsp. dried thyme
- 1 tbsp. soy sauce
- ½ red pepper
- 1 beef stock cube
- 400g braising steak
- 3 spring onions
- 1 thumb of ginger
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 500ml boiled water
Method
- Heat the olive oil in a saucepan, fry the garlic, ginger and chilli for a few minutes then add the spring onions, thyme and diced beef. Cook until browned.
- Mix the beef stock cube with the boiling water.
- Add the beef stock, red wine, soy sauce and seasoning, leave to simmer for 30 minutes until the liquid has reduced.
- Meanwhile, steam the green beans and broccoli for 8 minutes or until tender.
- Add the crème fraiche into the beef one pot and stir through.
- Top the greens with the butter and serve with the beef one pot.
